Damn you Hennessey, now our game against Norwich is no longer going to be televised AND we have to receive a spanking from City's reserves.

Can’t wait for us to play a bunch of kids along with Jason Steele in goal and Ali Jahankabash up front against Portsmouth on Thursday.

    Possession 82%
    Shots 17
    Shots on target 3

3-0 win at home to Harrogate, Harper, robson Kanu & Robinson. 10 changes. Wasn't the best of performances but will do. Brentford/Southampton at home next round

Could Jamie Carragher make it any more obvious that he has a bet on Anthony Gordon to score?

Gudmundsson looks like he's badly injured. It would be a red card for Jack Robinson if there was VAR in play, but I'm not even sure if the ref's given a foul.

I think Burnley will struggle this season, particularly at the start. They've got a lot of players out injured (Mee, Cork, Barnes, Tarkowski, Gudmundsson), lost a fair few players when their contracts ended at the end of last season (Hendrick, Bardsley, Lennon, Hart) and haven't signed anyone.

Sure Dyche will have his say!

They always seem able to cobble results together don't they but as he and Bournemouth proved it only needs one bad season.

Made 11 changes to our starting XI and currently 4-0 up against Portsmouth with 15 minutes to go. Goals from Mac Allister, Jahankabash, Bernardo & Gyokeres who had 2 Brighton goals between them before today

Think we’ve got 5 youth team players on the pitch currently. Very good performance.

They've been really good to watch, I'd love to get Gyokeres in on loan after watching him today but think you'll probably end up keeping him.

Good to have a look at Haydon Roberts, looks really talented. Glad (but not surprised) Graham Potter isn't one of these who refuses to play two left footed centre backs, as if it's any different to having two right footed centre backs.

    A home draw finally!
Orient or Spurs v Chelsea or Barnsley

Arsenal going to have to win the cup the hard way. Away to Leicester and probably away to Liverpool in the next round

If we both get through that would be Liverpool v Arsenal at Anfield twice in 3 days.

If we beat Brentford at home we have fulham/Sheffield Wednesday at home. Not a bad couple of draws tbf. Shame we won't take serious

    Throwback to 2007.

    Liverpool 1-3 Arsenal
    Liverpool 3-6 Arsenal

    That was in four days!

Before the Leicester fans have a bitch fit, yes it will be very difficult to get through that tie first.
