Tough act for JLo to follow. Needs to shed some clothes to get close.

Never doubted you, J. Who is this ****ing square? Get him off the stage and get the camera back on JLo.

There was also that random silver man who turned up for about 30 seconds in Shakira's opening segment

    It was Pitbull wasn’t it?

Regards the game by the way, it’s been a bloody good one so far, especially compared to last seasons shit show, proper blow for blow brawl.

Really good game. Could have gone either way then Mahomes found a way. Well deserved.

Nip and tuck for a long time. Enjoyed that. Mahomes only needs a quarter to do damage. Unlucky 49ers.

Hang on. They present the trophy to the owner? How peculiar

I enjoyed that. Good close game.
I thought you would chief.

Yeah didn't like that, Mahomes was just standing to the side like a lemon, felt wrong.

Weirdly, the owners in the NFL present a much bigger cultural/local impact than comparable ones in the Premier League. For example, the Chiefs owner is the son of the owner of the Chiefs. It's pretty much a family business. Similar structures in long-term ownership happens in Dallas, Denver, Giants, Raiders, New England, etc. for better or for worse.

Best Superbowl for a few years.

Pretty much gave up on it with 49ers 10 ahead in the 4th quarter and then the Chiefs turned over possession, but what a comeback. :eeek

Whilst there’s time on the clock, you never write off Mahomes and that offence.

Thought the 49ers were probably the better team for the first 50 minutes. That’s some talent in the Bosa family genes.

Cheifs the better team for 10 minutes and that was enough.

Interesting that both QBs in the Super Bowl were drafted and sat second in the depth chart for a few years before getting their starting jobs.

I always wonder whether it makes a difference giving a rookie QB a year or two to sit and develop rather than throwing them in at the deep end and expecting them to be a franchise QB from day one.

I mean even the off field stuff and locker room stuff must be a universe away from college football

The big question is......how many hours did this '60 minute' game go on for?

It kicked off at 11:40, and I saw posts congratulating the Chiefs on Facebook at around 3:05 or so. So less than 3 and half hours.

And through that I think there's an average of about 18 minutes of actual play. But I do LOVE the pomp and circumstance that comes with the Super Bowl.

You get exactly an hour of play.

It’s a great sport. Ok, it’s not as free flowing as football but with that you can have 20 odd minutes of absolutely nothing happening or a boring 0-0 after 90.

American football there is the potential of drama on every single play.
