Tough this, Rowett knows how to set up against us and we struggle against his teams.

Hoping for an unchanged side but could be wishful thinking with such a hectic schedule, putting Nugent in for Maguire wouldn't be a bad shout.

Starting XI: Rudd, Fisher, Bauer, Davies, Hughes, Pearson, Johnson, Browne, Barkhuizen, Sinclair, Nugent

Subs: Ripley, Clarke, Gallagher, Harrop, Potts, Stockley, Maguire

Expecting a defeat to put a nail in the coffin of any hope we had of a play-off surge.

I said we needed about 10 points from these 5 games to be in with a shout, and so far we have 2!

He will probably rotate Smith back into the side, the person who needs dropping at the moment is Bradshaw, but I dont think Rowett will play Smith alongside Bodvarrsson.

Jed has been playing well below his level recently.

Expect it to be a low scoring game as we go 5-3-2 and play for a point with the hope of getting something on the counter.

Nugent misses a bit of a sitter, blazed it over the bar with the keeper out of position and defender making a last ditch tackle, doesn't look good this, any play-off teams or promotion teams hoping we will get a win, I am not hopeful.

I think I was wrong with my low score prediction, Preston could end up getting 2 or 3 here. Easy money in laying 0-0 here at the moment, given Preston two good opportunities already in 15 minutes...

Got to love our corners, I don't think there are as many dangerous teams in the division from set pieces than ourselves. Had a great chance from first corner that turned into a 2 second goal mouth scramble, second corner saw the keeper flapping all over the place.

Jake Cooper and Jed Wallace with a beautiful one two, Cooper in a great position on his weak foot misses, best chance of the game so far falling to the wrong person!!!

Jake Cooper has turned into Beckenbauer here!! He's tearing them apart with his forward runs :D :D

This game is swinging to and fro now!

    Half time;

Preston started off great, but we are going in happier, and disappointed not to be in the lead.

After a run of playing Leeds, West Brom, and Fulham, it is nice to see us actually compete and cause problems for a side.

A lack of real quality in the final moments for both teams means it stays 0-0.

A lack of intensity from both sides at times, you can feel that its a weekend game after a difficult Tuesday match for both teams.

Would be disappointed to lose this now!

Bradshaw...... bearing down on goal... a football manager moment, just the goalkeeper to beat...

    Hits the bar..

Preston the back foot here and they don't have many ideas going forward at all. They are here for the taking!!!

    GOAAAAL

from a corner, sort off, bit of head tennis after the corner, no more than we deserved!!!

Terrible conditions at the moment, now maybe we will see Preston turn up? They haven't had any ideas yet so far... lets hope it stays that way.

What a 3 points, but even better, what a remarkable amazing performance. I'm sure Preston have seen better performances from their side this season, but we were great.

Only disappointing thing was that we gave Preston a chance at the end to steal a point.

No idea why teams decide to throw the ball forward up in the air 30 yards from our penalty box to create chances. We have Alex Pearce (6 ft 4), Jake Cooper (a man mountain at 6 ft 6), Shaun Hutchinson (6ft 3) and Murray Wallace (6 ft 3) all at the back to head it clear, not many teams in this league will be able to compete with them on the air, play it on the floor like Leeds and West Brom did though, and chances will come quick and fast!

We've just got through some really difficult fixtures with 4 points out of 15. An outside chance of grabbing that 6th spot, but our performances have improved over the season to give us some confidence for next year.

Nice to have a goalkeeper that you have faith in these days.

We were awful today but full credit to Millwall, they battered us after the first 15 minutes and fully deserved it. Thankfully the other results went our way so not lost out too much.

shocking performance today, too many high long balls on a windy day, after 15 minutes youd have said it'll be a comfortable PNE win but then the game changed and we started making too many silly mistakes

Can't moan about that one, missed chances to grab the first goal and get a grip on things.

Millwall are a well organised side with some good quality, no shame in losing to them.

Can't get hung up on losing, this league is mad, just got to bounce back.
