Hello league one.
What happened to footballing everybody to death
We're giving the smaller teams like Brighton a headstart.
We will start playing next month
The management have had a cold sharp shock, suddenly realising we're a Championship side, with league one players, and now the fans that where taken in by Benny Hills Bullshit in the summer are starting to see what ive been saying since he took over the players he as brought in are not good enough to play football at this level
Don't even want to think about this game. Not sure how many Reading will score but unless we get a pen or an OG they will only have to score one to take all three points.
Welcome down to my manor barnsley
Score will be 4-0 reading
I dont even know, anyone who's going today, probbably be about 200 reds.
Reading 3-0 Barnsley.
Got to laugh comment by Benny Hill I am gaining knowledge of how to manage in the Championship and the calibre of player required to do well in this league.
We should be ok next season at his level
As for the comment we have played 2 giants of the league have we I doubt it what happens when we play West Ham, Brum, Cardiff, and of cause Brighton
Need to bounce back from defeat to Pompey. I'm confident we will.
Manset, Hunt and Robson-Kanu with the goals.
With Kebe and McAnuff....Reading 5-0 Barnsley.
Too much confidence for Reading in here.
Well that's about 75% of us out of the survivor game.
Barnsley your doing great-fair play and sorry about my prediction
2 pens saved in a few mins earlier by steele, fair play dingles, can they hold on?
A game we probably should have won. We had 3 penalties and socred just one of them and Alex Pearce did a great goal line clearance whilst trying to score. Still credit to Barnsley they took their chances and took advantage of our defensive mistakes.
We need new signings so I hope the two that McD keeps mentioning actually happen. Full back is a major problem for us - today they had a combined age of around 70 and the speed of turtles. Shaun Cummings getting fit will help with the right back slot and he should play on Tuesday in the cup.
Time our stupid Ponty end dicks realised where we are this season as regards the team and finance.....give Hill a chance.....he is there because he is the best man for us in the circumstances!.....I'd love a pork products zillionaire to come in and artificially make us better than we should be....like some other small clubs I could mention, but that will not happen.....neither will the club be allowed to be put in danger of folding due to stupid overstretching.....which is correct!.....we may even benefit in the long term whilst others get in severe shite.
Hill is a totally straight and honest bloke who can work wonders with next to nothing......and that is where we are! The only way the fans can help is by encouraging .....not booing.
Anyway.......we won.....so to the boo boys (Not aimed at Phil).....who is a pessimist...but not a boo boy........
Well said!!!! - We have got to learn that we have no money so we have to stand by with what we have got, end of story - Just look how Posh played with so called lower league players yesterday - All I would say is that Hill needs to be more attack minded at home i.e 2 strikers so as not to allow away teams to constantly press us back - This is why we seem to be OK away but poor at home when we have to make the play!!!!!! - Anyway well played yesterday Reds!!!!!!
