Ok cheers Stan last time did a bit on treadmill only 20 mins left knee kept giving gyp but after around 15 mins got easier + felt like I was grafting compared to 13 mile on bike yesterday

No the feeling mate , I'm usually bed at 10 alarm 5.30 but now it's 12 up for a p*ss 4 or 5ish then out my pit about 7ish.
Work rang me earlier , I didn't answer it , then a mate text & said they were offering limited spaces for full time workers to take the whole of April off unpaid , I'm paid until 15th back on 16th , bet I've missed out
