Certainly Salah will get some of the world individual awards in the future, he may not have the greatest statistics in playmaking or dribbling, but he is definitely a great finisher.

But the most important thing is that he has some crucial advantages over many other great players, he is a part of a very strong team nowadays and he will be collecting some world individual awards whenever Liverpool wins a new champions league title, regardless of his contributions in winning it, another bigger advantage is his devoted insane fans who always give him the lead in any fan voting whether he deserves or not, these results would probably affect his appearance in the eyes of the media and the national teams' captains sooner or later, pushing them towards giving him more recognition than he may truly deserve.

Here are some statistics that may show how devoted and biased his fans are towards him:

Salah got the puskas goal of the year award scoring 38% of the votes exceeding Ronaldo’s beautiful goal vs Juventus by 16% of the votes.

Salah got the seventh place according to the coaches voting, the first six were Modric, Ronaldo, Messi, Mbappe Griezmann, and Hazard.

only 8 coaches out of 169 chose him as their number one choice.

Salah took the fifth place in both the media choice and the captains choise, falling behind Modric, Ronaldo, mbappe, and Messi in both of them.

10 people from the media chose him to be their number 1 choice, while 15 captains also did that.

Surprisingly salah was lifted up to the third place in the final total result because of the fan quarter scores which he took the first place by 23.59%.

Ronaldo and Messi took the second and third places with 17.22% and 17.12% respectively, while Modric took the forth place with 15.9%!!

Bale's was better & on a bigger stage than Ronaldo's. Clear bias to have Ronaldo's chosen over his.

PSG v Red Star Belgrade: 'Match-fixing' inquiry into 6-1 Champions League win

1 hour ago | European Football

French authorities are investigating potential match-fixing in Paris St-Germain's 6-1 Champions League win over Red Star Belgrade this month.

A Red Star official allegedly placed a bet of nearly 5m euros (£4.3m) for the Serbian club to lose by five goals, reported French newspaper L'Equipe.

The French National Finance Prosecutor (PNF) is investigating the claims after being alerted by Uefa.

In a statement, PSG expressed their "amazement and indignation".

They added: "Paris Saint-Germain reiterates its commitment to a fundamental principle of sport, that of the integrity of competitions and therefore refutes any form of practice that could call into question that integrity."

BBC Sport has contacted Red Star Belgrade for comment.

Brazil forward Neymar scored a hat-trick and Edinson Cavani, Angel di Maria and Kylian Mbappe also netted at Parc des Princes in Paris on 3 October.

Former Germany international Marko Marin scored a second-half goal for Red Star.

One award he'll deservedly win is the best corner of the year
no my friend, he wanted to score a goal from a corner since the beginning of the season

he shot most of his corners from the right on the goal.. he was going to score a goal from a corner eventually
on the other hand a player like de maria shot and scored a corner goal because of the bad position of the goalkeeper that he saw.. he tried it once..
the video is just a simple example.. this is the match that salah got mad after his team scored a winning goal after his substitution
