Darren 'Dazzle' Stephenson! Not even 30 yet, mad. Really liked him during his time here - well, when he turned it on at least.
That said he's from the Pete Wild school of look old before your time. 28 years old if you cam believe it. I think he was their Academy manager when it was producing a lot of good youngsters- a ballsy move I wish them well
Hes proper rattled. I imagine they are doing so badly because his voice goes after 30 seconds whenever he tries to speak. His team talks must just be him miming and croaking at the players- they haven't got a clue what his instructions are.
Dont worry, we will be doing all we can to defeat Dagenham..and see where it gets us. Probably second. Expect some subtle shithousery from us if we are winning with a few minutes to go...especially if Halifax happen to be winning too!
Cook said today that if we end up in the play offs by losing to Woking but you beating Dagenham then he will feel physically sick as we won’t deserve to be there.
****s sake, embarrassing. He's just a donkey on the edge because his career is probably over now he's failed here.
Josh Staunton and Luke Wilkinson will be in charge for the last game of the season, so a 26 year old at the helm for a match.
Came here to raise the alarm and make sure everyone is aware that Phil Brown is once again out in the wild and will be applying for a job near you soon.
Rob from Radio Sheff is exactly that. Cook gave a perfectly good interview to the DerbyshireTimes straight afterwards and answered questions honestly.
It looks like the rumours are true and Chris Hargreaves is set to be named the new Yeovil Town manager in the next 24 hours. Thoughts Torquay fans?
Loved as a player but lots of Torquay fans have very negative views on him as a manager. Some of which is down to him being a pundit on the BBC Southwest football coverage and was thought by some to be touting for the managers job by criticising the current incumbent. He was in charge when we dropped out of the league but most of the blame for that has to sit with Alan Knill. Started really well in the first season down here but then tailed off into mid-table. We than had a change of ownership and the new guys made their first job to put him on gardening leave (even whilst claiming they were totally skint). They had their own man lined up (the disastrous Paul Cox) so were keen to get Hargreaves out of the door. Like I say most Torquay fans think he was a poor manager but personally I would have liked to see him given a bit more time. He certainly did better than the three chancers who came after him! I think he'll turn out to be decent appointment for you, he's had a few years more coaching experience and will have some decent contacts at Bristol Rovers I would think which is ideal with your location
