FWIW, Champions League at Wembley next year and the new Nike kit deal are both as good as confirmed. Expect Spurs will announce both on the same day, much like last year when we announced Toby, new Stadium scheme and NFL all on one epic day :sex:

On the Nike deal from Finders on COYS:

    Happy with that.

It turns out that with the works ongoing, our capacity wouldn't even hold every ST holder, so zero members would even have a chance of a ticket. This obviously changes that which is good.

Gutted our last season at the Lane won't be with European football.

Inevitable though. Maybe I'll finally see us win at Wembley.

    chuffed to bits.

can't understand DD's scepticism. the club is moving forward and todays announcement proves it. admittedly the last home game of next season will be emotional but overall its great that the club is FINALLY moving into the big time.

It's the romance of it mate. I understand the need to move forward, new stadium and all that.

I'm not even that bothered about the domestic games being at Wembley for the following season because I knew we'd have to move for that season anyway.
However for one final season and one that we've qualified for the top competition it is unfortunate that we're playing them at Wembley rather than WHL.

As I said it's inevitable because of the reduction in seats and also the necessity for UEFA to f**k the fans over and take such a large percentage of tickets.

It doesn't make me any less sad about it though. European nights at the Lane are special. Champions League nights at Wembley won't re-create that same atmosphere.
It'll either be a half empty Wembley or we'll be closer to capacity but it'll mean a number of fans/daytrippers (well evening in this scenario) turning up that you don't normally see which dilutes the atmosphere.

Don't really have any preference beyond England. Obviously watching the Belgium games with a bit of bias but wouldn't mind them coming home early either.
Could do without the three Belgians in particular getting an injury.

Anyone but the Germans/Spanish to win it hopefully.

The guy is made of glass though so I always worry he'll pick up a nothing injury. Fitness does seem to have improved under Poch mind you, seems to complete 90 minutes on a more regular basis than he used to.

It'll be weird next season given how much work they're doing over the summer.

I imagine that also means no home pre-season games again :(

who cares about a few thousand seats.
we're moving 100 yards backwards (next season) to go 100 miles forward in the future.

Club have confirmed Wembley will be full capacity for the Champions League games. Pricing is superb.

Multi-game packages (all three group games) start at £70!! Three Champions League games for £70! :disco

And you can buy them all at once and get the same seat for each game, plus half price for concessions.

Have to say, the club have smashed it on this one!

that sounds like an amazing package.
i'm hoping even though i'm not a member/ season ticket holder I can still get my hands on a ticket. 90k is a lot of seats to fill

This is a brilliant move by levy and the club, I think they realise the work going on for the new stadium and the upheaval of moving around or not being able to get as many of our own fan's into WHL this season shows they have listened to the supporters trusts and have given a great deal for the champions league games.
    Well done spurs.
