Jansenn is our most recent purchase. We shall wait and see.

Soldado tried so hard and I felt gutted for him

Keane & Defoe - great hits but 2 small guys together never really worked

    Pavlychenko - ok

Crouch - I really liked him

    Rebrov - never worked

    Chris Armstrong - very average

    Klinsmann & Sheringham - awesome

Just as good as Defoe in my opinion. Just not as lucky with injuries and quality of team mates.

Berbatov probably up there with the best we've had in my time. Loved Soldado but never worked for him here, not through lack of trying mind.

Rebrov along with Postiga were real flops. Rebrov and Shevchenko both had 'mares in England

Defoe was always a good squad option but never really going to be the main man for us, can't blame him for leaving on either occasion. Surprised to see how well Defoe did at Sunderland last season as a lone striker. I know we typically played 4-4-2 in his time at the club but showed he has more to his game last season I thought.

Crouch I loved too, scored some massive goals too that won't be forgotten.

    keane was amazing 2005-08

Chris Armstrong was AWESOME for 1 season. his partnership with sheringham in 95-96 was immense but then he got injured trying to cross a ball against everton and he was never the same since.

pav had a great shot on him but overall he was terrible. he was ice the whole time

rebrov- I think hes been given a tough time. I don't think was quite as bad as he was made out to be

    klinnsmann & sheringham - :mexican:

I remember the season you had Bent, Keane, Defoe & Berbatov.... strong foursome in front of goal that was!
