Nonsense, not even Ederson can pass the ball 300 yards.

You can't really compare leagues from different countries together by just saying ones better then the other. Frech league is a lot more physical. Bakayoko only burst onto the scene and was decent. But very limited. Better Livermore and was never worth the money and was never going to fit into chelseas system.

Seri has the brains to find pockets of space and move the ball quickly but be the option to get the ball back again. Recycling the ball across the pitch and then also have the ability and vison to play a forward ball when available.

He'll be a steal for any team in the premiership that wants to play with the ball and 3 men in the middle.

Ruddy is alright. Norwich fans laughed at us for signing him & Bennett last summer but theyve both been important players for us (Bennett more than Ruddy probably).

Assume you're referring to Butland & McCarthy as the bang average keepers out of those 3 and I'd tend to agree. We definitely need an upgrade if we're aiming higher than just survival and I'm not sure Butland & McCarthy are that much better than Ruddy.

Chelsea are going to look so weird without Willian.

Yeah Butland and McCarthy. Maybe a bit harsh on Butland as he was decent the season before but McCarthy was somehow worse than Hennessy for us.

Not really. He goes missing 3/4 of the season so doubt it will hit us that hard.

    Hahaha :laugh::laugh:

Might not look like much to some, but they will get the goals and they will all put a shift in. Would rather have these than some of the big money flops in the Premier League at the moment.

No it wouldn't. A front 5 of Wood, Rodriguez, Barnes, Vokes and Walters would be though.

Nothing at all regarding a Done Rodriguez this side...

He's one who doesn't have a relegation clause and is under contract. We'd demand at least 15m imo

The only link was from someone here wishing for Werner, there has been nothing in the press at all about us moving for another striker (though we may need another one for depth tbf when Origi,Sturridge and possibly Ings move on this summer).

Yeah, there haven't been any real links with strikers, Werner is a Muller wish. The mouthpieces are basically silent (likely until after the final). I've heard nothing more & the only links we're getting are from abroad, Fekir (legit interest in him at v least) & far, far more outlandishly from Spain, Ousmane Dembele . That one is all driven from Spanish media & I'd wager a lot of it's from our previous interest with Barca getting Griezmann.

Personally I'd like a versatile sorta forward/attacking mid type, a DM/mid & a GK for definite. Then look at CB, perhaps another striker dependent on outgoings & giving Harry Wilson a chance in pre season to become a rotation option.

Zaha is a great player, our record with no mahrez or when mahrez is off form is horrific. So both important to our teams.

Sadly I think this is the summer mahrez is off, the man city farce seems to be the thing that will let him loose.

The current market should have him leave for a 6 (oops 9) figure fee, I would be ok with 80mill+ but lower I will feel we been robbed.

I'd have Mahrez for a 6 figure fee.

Hearing Pep rave about Zaha on MNF the other night has got our fans worried.

I think they'll come in with a bid but I don't think we'll sell for anything less than £70m, possibly more, as apparently Man United have a sell-on clause.

The fact Mahrez wants/wanted out gives me a bit of confidence. Presumably it'd be a lot easier for City to get him than it would be to get Zaha.
