    I would imagine so.

If that's the case I can't see how halls of residence would not become prisons in all but name for the foreseeable future.

Dunno, I presume that's the "rules" based on the result not the risk or infectivity.

I believe I read that dybala tested positive for about 2 months or something back in march.

I don't think we can tell people if they are just spewing up dead cells or are actively infectious?

    Edit

I believe many people had a terrible time in hotels in many places. I believe I also read about a woman who flew to far East having felt a bit ill and she was basically locked into her hotel room with nothing, no staff, no food nothing and had it and had to make do.

It was I think like the north Koreans burning that poor guy, utter panic and fear.

I believe there was stories of nursing home staff just abandoning old folks in Spain to starve.

But for every bad story there's people who stood up and did their bit which for me is of course the bit people ignore.
Like taxi drivers taking people to hospital etc etc. Volunteers here to drive nurses and doctors to work and that. Small things that made a difference that is easily forgotten.

It's just one embarrassment to the next for this Government. How can you have a "NHS" app which can't connect tests from a "NHS" hospital?

These signs for hidden disabilities for non mask wearers are a bit of a pisstake tbh.

Not only are these forced exemptions enough, now signs that allow people to just skirt past unbothered are being put up. There shouldn't be any exemptions, wear the mask or go the f*ck home.

Bloke left shop alongside me and hopped on his bike. So, you cannot bear to wear a face covering for 5 minutes... but you are able to happily bike about the place?

doctors in florida are reporting positive results with something called ICAM protocol which is a mix of drugs and supplements.

    vitamin c and zinc
    steroids for inflammation
anti coagulats to prevent clots for strokes and heart issues
    and finally anti viral.

they are going to go do clinical trials to prove it out.

    are reporting 96% success rate.

so some good news there on the treatment front.

thats all fine but its as bad to force pain or issues on people as it is for people to run about acting the cock flouting the rules.

if people really can't wear it then we need to have some sort of sense here and provide the means that 2m distance does the job in reality.

I can tell you ow if you are a parent of a child with an issue the absolute stress of handling them to try do the basics is bad enough without people thinking they are the police and getting in your face.

just stand back and give a little space is my view, you won't lose your life cos.someone needs a bit of slack.

and yes people who just will use it to flout the rules but they are what they are

Oh my days the most predictable thing in the world happened. If only absolutely loads of people had pointed out the obvious flaw in the governments logic.

The government keeps making the same mistakes. They maintained the fantasy that social distancing in bars/pubs was practical, when we all knew once alcohol became involved there was no prospect of sustaining social distancing.

Instead of learning from that the government allowed thousands of students to move into accomodation with no organised testing effort in place, despite the fact it would be an obvious source of infection and imposed a 10pm curfew on bars which not only does nothing to stop people socialising elsewhere afterward, but hurts businesses and staff by reducing hours.

I dread lockdown's full return but these half-measures don't work, you either have a strict lockdown or you accept the virus is going to spread and it's down to individuals to take personal responsibility. If you give people an inch when it comes to socialising they will take a mile and vomit all over it for good measure.
