    By who and where?
I dont think that Newcastle side lends itself to technical players.
Almost everytime I've watched him, I am impressed by his movement and technical ability, although I have to say I haven't paid too much attention to Newcastle this season.

The Sun reckons we’ve offered Chelsea £10,00,000 for Reece James. A brave move for a team that’ll probably be in the championship next year. :rolleyes

I think any chance of him getting a move to Barca or Madrid, will have gone after his performances in the Champions League Quarter Finals. He's just not up to that standard.

    Gayle rumours have started.

Newcastle want cairney from Fulham apparently and willing to use Gayle as make weight.

I hope we sign him on a permanent regardless if we go up or stay down. Doubt we could afford him on a permanent if we stay down though.

A lot of reports this morning are saying Liverpool have made a move for Nickolas Pepe, Lille's president now accepts they can't keep the star at the club thanks to the level of interest from other clubs.:notlistening

Can only see Juventus as De Gea's destination.

Chelseahave rejected a £10m bid fromBrightonfor England Under-20 defender Reece James, 19, who has also been linked withCrystal Palace.(Sun)

Isn't going anywhere. He will be a part of the squad next season. Of that I'm sure of.
    Lad is phenomenal.

England have a very good future of RBs. TAA, AWB, and James

I see Arsenal are likely to get shot of Jenkinson and Chambers, they might do a job for someone like us.

Nigh on certain Clyne will be gone in the summer, based off what you've seen from him would you think Bournemouth would try to keep him?

After a very solid start, he went downhill a bit, and then he's disappeared off the face of the earth. Be it injuries or what I dunno, somehow his face doesn't quite fit. The dip in performances / appearances seemed to coincide with media reports about his lifestyle.
There's a player in there somewhere. Perhaps a loan to Bournemouth hasn't been very motivating for him.
I don't think we'll be following up the loan.

Pretty much mirroring his time here. First arrived and was fantastic for the first season, performances dropped a bit the next season, then injuries, mysteries and tales of his "lifestyle" reared their ugly head and he became a bit of a forgotten man. Pity as he's a very decent player when his heads on the game.

He's still better than make-a-wish Jenko.

Reports have come out today that we're looking to move on:

    Ozil
    Mkhitaryan
    Elneny
    Mustafi
    Jenkinson
    Chambers
    Ospina
    Martinez
    Lichtsteiner
Suarez (what a shambles of a transfer)

And then you've got the likes of Ramsey and Cech definitely leaving as well as Welbeck possibly being told to go too.

It would free up an awful lot of wages. In terms of transfer fees, to replace all the gaps in the squad, we're going to be looking at a lot of £10-15m type signings because the budget is consistent among the stories. £50-70m. I don't buy those stories because I know there's £50m a year upturn in sponsorship deals coming in to effect this summer. So someone is telling porkies but if that figure is true, it's nowhere near enough to plug the gaps in our squad. If all those outgoings happen, we're going to need a new back up GK, a new CB, two new midfielders, two new wide players and another forward. 7 players.

It's going to be a bit mental at Arsenal this summer.
