Aye Jay, that's why I can spot them - f*cking experience!
That's because he's their only player with a remote chance of scoring..
They dont have much to get excited about nowadays
I suppose United will be nowhere..
Oh shit, you cut me deep. The scar on my soul knows no peace.
United will win the title with RVP, Chelsea second, City third
He's been class since 2010.
He's a top class player, and always has been, but I think people tend to overstate how good a player is when they're at the end of their career.
Another one, and I'm sure most Reds would agree:
Steven Gerrard didn't win the Champions League on his own. In fact, he was fairly dire for a lot of 04/05.
Liverpool's CL losing side of 2007 was better than the 2005 side
Man for man you're probably right.
Sorry no particular reason for that, just always wanted to use that smiley.
Anway, my opinions.
Grant Holt should've gone to the Euro's.
Lucas Leiva is overated.
Tottenham on paper are the best team in the league.
Wayne Rooney is the best striker in the league.
Samir Nasri is a very good footballer.
QPR fans are all arrogant.
Newcastle fans are the most passionate fans in the prem.
Glory hunters should be all locked in a dark room forever.
Andy Carroll is a really good striker.
If Celtic played in England they would be in the championship, because they don't have enough quality to compete in the prem.
Celtic would find it pretty easy to move out of the Championship though - as would Rangers before their disastrous year - because of the merch money + increased telly money, IMO
Agreed. Don't get me wrong, very good footballer.
But you'd think he was the second coming of Jesus the way some go on about him.
My controversial opinions:
Benitez would never have taken Liverpool to a league title, regardless of ownership of the club.
Mourinho is overrated but his CL win with Porto is one of the all time achievements.
Ian Wright was a better goalscorer then Henry.
Pires was better then Giggs ever was.
I'm sure I'll think of more.
Another two from me, Bergkamp doesn't get enough praise for his achievements in comparison to the other greats since the start of the premier league.
Once SAF retires, Man Utd will have a moderate decline (2 or 3 seasons) before becoming title challengers again.
Thats because it doesn't contain goading or an insult to another forum member.
Both Manchester clubs will have more japanese tourists at their games than we get on an average.
Nicklas Bendtner is a good footballer.
I would agree with you on that, it's just cos he thinks he's amazing that everyone thinks he's bad.
