It's allowed on here, but expect it to be questioned when it doesn't appear to be based on anything.

There's controversial, and then there is just down-right stupidity :D

Are you saying you honestly believe there is a conspiracy within the England camp and the FA against Joe Gomez?

If Joe Gomez is dropped then that means he ain’t good enough.

Obviously he plays for Liverpool so it has to be a conspiracy if he’s dropped, because he’s better than everybody.

Joe Gomez shouldn’t even have been called up, he has barely played and the rare occasion he has he’s been poor. So don’t let one Liverpool fans view make you generalise and come out with shit statements like the above.

Don't be daft, Southgate loves him. He shouldn't even be in the squad with Southgate's 'must be playing criteria' as he's currently 4th choice with LFC. He's always done really well under Gareth so I'd be surprised to see him dropped, but if he is it's consistent with the manager's general stance.

Sterling is just a very popular member of the England side as he's one of the best & most senior players. Also, I think he earned a lot of respect from them for how he's dealt with racism & media slander. Lots of young black players who look up to him in the squad, & the white ones will rate that too.

This forum has a long history of posters who spout absolute f*cking bollocks constantly; Hull Lad, Perseus & Brewer just to name a few. However this might just be the worst post I have ever seen on here and I genuinely mean that.

    What a crock of shite.

Paul Gascoigne's club career was distinctly average. I think in today's game with everything televised he'd constantly be getting stick for not delivering enough as a bit of a luxury player, and for why he couldn't be performing how he did for England for his clubs, especially when he went to Italy. He had some good moments, but there's players with similar club careers who aren't thought of in anywhere near the same light as players, for instance Steve McManaman's club career in terms of his consistency, longevity and honours dwarfs Gascoigne's but I'm not sure he's thought of in nearly the same way in England.
