Watched that Tiger documentary on Sky. Very interesting. He's one f**ked up individual, but looking at how his parents drilled golf into him at the expense of everything else throughout his entire childhood and teens, it's little wonder.

It will be interesting to see if his injuries from this crash will allow him to play professional golf at a competitive level again. Because unless he believes he can get back to being the best in the world, I suspect he'll retire.

I've just this minute finished watching the documentary. He did some very questionable things but as you say, I dread to think how he's managed to hold those demons in for so long. I'm glad he got the help he needed, even if it was later than it should have been.

He put his body through some outrageous routines and his pain threshold is something I'll never fathom but I can't see him recovering from the crash to play top level golf again.

He won't beat the record for major wins but for me, he is the best ever and we've been lucky to watch him.

Tiger Woods was driving close to double the 45mph speed limit when he crashed in February, according to Los Angeles County's sheriff.

The 15-time major champion, 45, had to be "extricated from the wreck" of his car by firefighters and paramedics.

Woods' car left the road at about 84-87mph and flipped several times during the accident in California.

Woods was released from hospital earlier this month after sustaining a number of serious injuries.

Hopefully he gets prosecuted. But I doubt it.

Hitting a tree at 75mph he sounds lucky to be alive.

Police have said his injuries are enough punishment as nobody else was hurt.

What a strange logic and you have to wonder if the same would apply to some Joe Bloggs.

It might well have been, but you’d never know because a crash involving Mr Bloggs wouldn’t have made the news and the Police wouldn’t have been making statements about it or answering questions from the press.
