My missus asked me to measure her head last night(Graduation in a few weeks) which i did in inches as she requested.
She then proceeded to ask me for the same in Centimetres which with my basic maths i could calculate in my head, but no it had to be measured again just in case her head had expanded in the seconds between measurements.

Pub bands that only perform other people's songs and never bother writing their own.

People want to hear classics. Some local band’s songs probably won’t be very good. I personally would rather hear covers of decent well known songs

They are awful though and ruin the originals, then you get sheep dancing with them while they perform.

A local (ish) Southampton band who do their own stuff, and have label interest I enjoy a lot more. When I was in Camden at a blues bar one night with the better half, we encountered a blues band who only did covers, but actually did them justice. The lead singer is even a classically taught guitarist, which gives it a really professional edge.

I've seen support bands who do their own stuff awful, and some who do their own stuff really good. With cover bands though, it's like 80 percent of the time, they are just awful or cheesy. Its always the same old songs too, like "Play That Funky Music" for example.

I have a phone voice if I’m talking to someone I don’t know to be fair, I tone down my accent so the other person can understand me.

I have a phone voice as well and been complimented on it in the past.

When clips of defenders get shown when they are linked elsewhere during a transfer window and they are shown scoring goals. Shouldn't they be shown doing their main purpose of defending?

Doesn't everyone adjust their voice and choice of words depending on the situation?

I did used top hate women that were overly cheerful when saying goodbye. "Byyyyyeeeee". I consider it an attempt at being polite now.
