Rumoured around £53m + substantial addons has been agreed. I'm not 100% sure though
Where did you read about it mate? A particular Twitter or newspaper?
Seems after the recent reports in Spain, more are now suggesting Perez will go for Pogba over Eriksen as it's the player Zidane wants and has made clear.
Not sure how much substance there is to that, but we know Zidane is keen on bringing him in.
If we can sell Pogba and use the fee to bring in someone like Fernandes, and then use the remainder on a much needed centre mid, that would be cracking business.
I think AWB will be the next player in. Sounds like he has expressed his desire to leave, and the clubs are close to reaching an agreement.
Di Marzios office is reporting talks now too, some substance to it.
Definitely something to it, but what possible link does Di Marzio have for the transfer activity between two English clubs for an English player?
The wonders of globalization lol
Isn't he managed by USM? Bigger talkers than Raiola
Not a clue, I'd like to believe it but it seems a bizzare deal for him to have links with.
If the deal does get done that will be a solid start.
If we could make 4-5 (at a stretch) signings in those positions (just chucked in who we are linked to for the other two) that could see us in much better shape. Not sure James will walk into the starting role or what side, but something to look forward to.
I'd consider that a good window so long as we ship a few out.
Real just spent almost 200 million on Hazard and Jovic
They'd need to sell Isco or Bale to finance Pogba's move. If there is any truth to it.
Either way they'd have to free up around 100mil for either of Pogba or Eriksen, and its clear they want one.
I imagine Isco, Modric and Bale (if they can get him to piss off ) will be casualties of the rebuild.
He's said the exact opposite infact. He'll probably go though.
I don't trust a single Portugese paper, even regarding their own league and players, but one of the slightly less awful ones is saying that the president of Sporting now wants to get any deal done for Fernandes quickly so they can reinvest.
If there's any truth to it I guess we will see some activity from the interested clubs soon enough.
I was going off this report in the MEN. Hopefully he’ll sign.
Wan-Bissaka 'makes decision on dream transfer' amid Man Utd speculation
Yeah fair enough, we'll see what happens. He'll probably be a United player at the beginning of July.
Are you likely to reinvest any fee you get?
How quickly the tables have turned.
Pogba and Romelu Lukaku out of United in the same summer? I like it!
We can hope
Probably not, which is the most annoying part out of it all.
Tapping up is great when you're a big club.
