Being the best of the rest in your first season back in the top flight. Pretty decent achievement if you ask me

That's why Wolves need to win at Anfield last day

I thought the atmosphere from both sets of fans was good TBF. The Wolves fans were very loud in the first half. Understandably quieter after losing a two goal lead in those circumstances but still light years ahead of the City/Brighton atmosphere overall.

Congratulations Watford and good luck for the final. Shows what can happen when smaller teams take cups seriously (take note Eddie Howe).

What's going on with you guys at the moment? Quite a bit of discontent around Eddie from what I can see.

Kudos to both sets of fans for creating an atmosphere befitting a Semi final. The game had it all ,passion hunger all the things usually synonymous with two teams fighting tooth and nail to get to a final. Congratulations Watford.

No doubt, but on the one hand you get European football and on the other you don't. If there's a prize for 7th it's no more an achievement but it's certainly more appealing.

Yet it seems those sides who do sneak into the Europa Leage this way, see it as a pain in the arse as opposed to an achievement.

Terrific game & great atmosphere - shame there had to be a loser.

Wolves fans can hold their heads up and walk tall - they've acquired lots of admirers this season,
and that game wouldn't have been worth watching without their contribution.

As for Watford... defy the odds and go and win the Final.

Ofcourse the media got the reaction they probably wanted from Deeney regarding the mask .

They would have been disappointed with a bland diplomatic response !

Well done to Watford on reaching the final they played well after they got their first goal and after that there was only going to be one winner - they a good side.

Some of their current and ex players are embarrassing themselves talking about a ****ing mask though when they've just reached the cup final.

The singing section was a lot better than against Palace. Fell flat in the second half for a bit then ramped up. Great day.

Gutted we were that close to a final but fair play to Watford sensed blood after GD got their first. A shame in 93 minutes we limited them to one shot on target and gifted them a penalty.

Think even had we equalised the subs had killed us, Neves, Jota and Moutinho are all players I'd have expected to take penalties in the first five.

It's funny really, got Wolves Twitter on strings but it's from a bloke who couldn't get out the Albion door quick enough last May.

I felt it was just a bit premature, that was all. Same with the ole's from your fans at about 70mins.

I do have sympathy though, we've been on the losing side at Wembley twice, and it is a horrible feeling. You'll be back there soon enough though and still an incredible season you're having.

Felt the Wolves fans I met on the day were a credit to the club too. A far cry from the crap I read online.

Regarding Foster he would not have left for any other team. He's said as much. He had two amazing seasons with us when he was younger.

They are getting asked the questions by the media, giving their answer and wolves fans backed by half of mexico (who wouldn’t knows what wolves was before they signed Raul) are making a massive issue out of it.
