Welcome back chaps
Bloody hell, only been 2 seconds since their game ended!
Well the 2008 promotion gang are all back in this division at long last...
Sorry @JoshBCFC that doesn't include you
Hi Stoke! Bye Stoke! :-P
**** off you tiger shagging ****....
Do the Clayheads on here reckon Lambert will stay on?
Lol their chairman said he was gonna stay.
Got to be honest Jade, I didn't mind Lambo. The cup games were epic.
He was OK, the cup games were great but at the same time we were playing terrible in the League. I have to be honest though, the difference between him and Nuno is massive. Would Lambert have got us up this season? I doubt it. Neves, Jota, Boly probably wouldn't have come here for a start.
Oh yeah, he's not even half the manager that Nuno is. Still quite liked him though.
Wasnt a fan of Lambert tbh.
Cup wins (and Fulham away) were good and all but the way he froze out Saiss for weeks either side of the ACON despite us being rancid that February (lost every game i think) was a mark of a truly petty ****. Lest we forget that performance at home to Rotherham also, the worst team to ever play at this level (points wise) and we clog our way to a barely deserved 1-0, it wasn't the result for me but there was little to pick between the two sides in terms of quality.
I don't hate him like McGhee or hold in him contempt like Saunders but Christ I was glad he left, we'd be 6-10th with Dave Edwards on about 1 goal in 19 had he stayed.
Wolves is ran by a foreign agent, a manager who wants predominantly British players was doomed from the start.
We beat you in the Rotherham stakes, we were the only team not to beat them all season.
Hello. Would love to say it was nice to be back but, right now, it isn't.
@DunblaneWolf I hope he is sacked tonight to be honest. He was a piss poor appointment and has done nothing to justify staying in the job. I know he inherited a bit of a cluster**** from Hughes but I honestly think a decent manager would have saved us. I think our worst run under any manager was Chris Kamara who won 1 in 14 back in 1999. Lambert equalled that today and will probably beat it next week. I also think in his last 35 league games at all clubs he has won 3. How the hell our board can justify keeping him on I do not know. Actually I do - he came cheap
You bloody Dingles doing well just makes relegation all the worse! I've got a night out in Stafford later. No doubt it'll be teaming with very happy Wolves fans.
Oh well. This is fully deserved we've made poor decision after poor decision over the last two years and have thoroughly deserved this relegation. When you combine complacency with incompetence it only ever ends one way. I'm not confident of a swift return.
We appointed a Championship manager and it's taken us to where that appointment deserved.
He should be sacked tonight and then we'd have a chance at a fresh start with a more progressive manager. Sadly there's more chance of England winning the World Cup than that happening. It's going to be a difficult transitional season and I just hope we don't get ourselves into the same mess as Sunderland.
I could see you struggling: aging core and a negative manager, even at this level. You'll need a very good summer to prove otherwise, I feel.
It is 10 years since we have been here and things have changed a lot. What is it like getting streams for Championship games? As you can see from my location I have left (not so) sunny Stoke and am on the other side of the world. Not being able to watch our games is going to be awful. I might have to rely on Radio Stoke commentary on a Saturday night. Games kick off at 10pm in U.K.,Summer and 11pm in U.K. Winter here.
