Only about 2 grand a ticket as well I bet...
More importantly Windsor Park is hosting the Supercup for some unknown reason.
Wow i honestly did not know this.
Third time in twelve years. UEFA must like the money that comes in.
They usually have that in smaller stadiums, the Cardiff City Stadium had it in 2014 and in 2018 it was held in a 12000 seater in Talinn.
Not so much questioning the stadium, but more why would anyone want to come here?
Can't be worse than Cardiff
If County's game plan works then its just in time for us to make the final.
Good. It's been too long...
Man City will probably get there - another Wembley trip for their fans!
Wembley 2013 and 2023
And the Allianz Arena gets the CL final in 2022 again, after the 2012 final. We're in a 10 year time loop it seems.
At least they're still picking venues in Europe I guess
I don't think 10 years between finals is too bad to be honest. It's obvious why it's liked. It's a a stadium that was absolutely built for commercial and corporate revenue and located in a wealthy city where they can easily shift top price tickets. I'd hazard a guess that it's their most lucrative stadium in their finals rotation.
Next year the final is in Istanbul - sure you fans would love another visit!
Year after that is Saint Petersburg so another long trip.
