You on drugs Stan?
Stan is just happy.
mmmm... I have wondered.
I think that's why he asked, Stan's never happy unless Villa lose.
I think my Dad dislikes Villa more. Obviously there's the distance, you can literally walk from the grounds in about 1 hour...so it's quite close.
My generation it was always the Wolves who are miles away.
This is what I’m getting at. We are 3 miles apart. Also there has been times when we played each other regularly whilst wolves were in the lower leagues. Some people even class you as a Birmingham club . To say no Albion see villa as their main rival is ridiculous. Villa v West Brom is one of the oldest rivalries in football.
TBH I think most people do, after all they are pretty much in Birmingham
Our only real Derby is Albion as their ground is in Brum. I’d count Solihull Moors as the next.
Villa is really Brummies v Lichfield so not really a derby.
You joke Stan, but next year you could only be one league above them...
I think part of their ground is actually in the Birmingham boundaries .
Lichfield is a massive Villa place to be fair. Be good to see Solihull come up.
A few years back most of our one stand was in Birmingham - I think the boundaries got changed since then - but yes it's basically in Birmingham.
Aston only became part of Birmingham in 1911. It’s literally like playing Stoke for us although it’s a cup final to them.
We won most of our trophies as a non Birmingham club.
Bloody Brummie inbreds
2 proper clubs under the lights on a Friday night. On TV as well so the country can watch. What's not to love?
Up the Blues!
