Monday night football so could be knocked of 2nd and have Brentford/Fulham even closer.

We are due a win so hopefully get it here which will make it a double against them and continue our good form against them

I'd like them to go down tbh but reckon they will be alright

Big game tomorrow as a decent weekend result wise. Could do with getting back to winning ways and going 4 clear of Leeds & 8 in front of Fulham in 3rd. 5 point gap as things stand with 3rd.

Need to get diangana back in for this after a few weeks off.

Can't see anything other than a defeat here but you never know. We've been poor against the Baggies recently but then again we've been poor against pretty much everyone so they're by no means alone in having a good recent record against us.

Results have gone our way this weekend so this is a bit of a free shot for us. We're expected to lose so might as well go for it and try to capitalise on the other results?

Yeah Vokes on his own up top with his blistering pace, McLean on the left, Campbell on the right, Clucas and Allen in the middle and then our dreadful defence behind them.

To be fair McLean has been one of our best players this season, which probably says as much about how far we've fallen than how good he is as a player. He's a one dimensional, hard working left winger who can sometimes make things happen with his sheer work rate and determination. O'Neill has recognised that and played to his strengths since he took over and he's done well for us since. He's never going to reinvent the wheel and a good quality full back will always have him in his pocket but there aren't many of those in this division.

While we're not particularly good at anything, we're better going forward than in defence and that's how we need to approach the game like we did at Huddersfield. If we try to keep it tight and nick a draw we're simply not good enough defensively to do it. Our centre backs in particular make so many mistakes, have no pace and crumble under pressure and it won't take long before we concede. We need to get bodies forward, support Vokes so he isn't too isolated and get crosses into the box to utilise Vokes' one strength. And as with every game, cross our fingers and pray with the defence and goalkeeper.

We are far better organised now since O'Neill took over and appear to be gradually moving in the right direction. He's inherited a dreadfully unbalanced squad full of overpaid and simply poor players that would be very difficult for any manager to get a tune out of. In the circumstances I think he's doing about as well as can be expected. It's a long rebuilding job and staying up this season will be crucial in that process.

He's been going with Vokes upfront with Nick Powell just behind him in more of a 4-2-3-1 lately.

Personally I'd rather play Lee Gregory instead Vokes. Neither have been the answer this season but Gregory is far better at holding the ball up so can bring players like Powell, Tyrese Campbell and James McClean into the game.

I can't see us getting anything out of this one although as Sam says, at least other results have gone for us this weekend so we won't see any real change at the bottom.

4am start here so on that basis I’m out. Can’t see us getting anything out of this either. I agree with @SamB_SCFC though in that tonight is a bit of a free hit so just go for it a bit, especially as West Brom been out of sorts recently.

Literally the past 5 or so teams we've played have had their fans saying that, we're really tough to beat but have hit a bad bit of form where we draw a lot.
Thankfully Diangana is back so I'm confident we can win but it won't be easy. If we don't win we're right back in the mix with the rest of them, win and we've got a bit more daylight.

Good start although we look far too lightweight here. I can see West Brom coming back and overpowering us in the second half.

We're terrible. Won't even make the play-offs at this rate.
Luckily for us Campbell went off which has changed things, woeful stuff - Conor Townsend is gash.

You'll be fine in 45 minutes. I've seen this one play out too many times :)

Campbell has been the big loss for us. West Brom don't have to worry about us getting behind them with pace anymore and have moved a couple of yards further up the pitch.

At this rate it won't be either Fulham or Brentford (or Forest), it will be two of the three. What on earth is going on up there at the top?

Oh dear, it appears it's the Baggies that are a danger to themselves and no-one else, not us after all.
