I know it’s Sunday but it’s also a long weekend so it’s technically second Saturday. So to keep it classy we BBQ’d a tomahawk steak then served it with chips and had tomahawk with hollandaise sauce and chip butties :)

Making homemade gyros just like in the decent takeaways. Got them cooking away on a skewer as we speak. Not marinaded for long enough which is disappointing.

    Spaghetti Bolognese.

I've actually had that 4 days in a row, if you count Sunday when I had it without the Spaghetti or Bolognese.

Sticky Chilli Chicken tonight - slightly torn between salt and pepper chips on the side or some filthy McCain French Fries :)

Chilli, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, a little Kechap manis and rice wine vinegar,

Cumin is more middle eastern than Asian :thumb

Got pissed and forgot it was in the oven. Dry as f*ck. Not even lashings of Tzatziki could resurrect the dish.

I hate that typical response. IT WASN’T FUNNY.

Not all jokes are meant to be funny. A joke is anything not meant seriously.

Fish tacos tonight with some walleye I caught last weekend and homegrown lettuce. Probably cook some rice to go with it.
