Some French muck ,I thought it would help holding it down if I didn't ask what it was.

Just had a couple of giant crumpets with butter, red onion chutney and cheese melted over top. Didn't fancy a meal tonight so that hit the spot nicely.

8 hour slow cooked Wagyu Brisket .... no idea what we're having with it yet, not got the far down the thought process, It's on potato and onion as a trivet and beef stock under it ..... might buy a bloody big baguette, and make a massive brisket and onion dipped sandwich out of it :)

@TAFKAP needs a little more training on the use of spoons and how to avoid unsightly dribbling :)

I do sometimes, but not last night. I always think of it as a winter meal. It feels like November, so it was acceptable

    Now the bonus question ....

Is it right or wrong to put it all between 2 pieces of buttered bread and make a sandwich out of it ?

The only correct answer to this question is YES FVCK YES - anything else is just wrong

Wrong as I don’t think mash in bread works. I think a slice of bread to mop the leftover gravy and bean juice would be a winner though
