We need to capitalise on that excellent win vs Spurs in this game. We have struggled in games like this in the past at home especially ones containing Mooy.

With a reasonably favourable run up until the final day of the season we need to keep up our momentum.

Not sure of the extent of Jonny's injury still so I will assume he is out of this - if he's available he should be back in for Vinagre, if not then same team as Saturday.

Routine home win. We need to score at least twice to win a game, we can’t score one.

Properly weird was a good game at the Amex and Nuno and Potter weren't far off noshing each other off in their praise of one another. Since then it seems Brighton hey've gone backwards.

    What's happened?

Our next four are Brighton, WHU, Bournemouth and Villa. If we want fourth we've got to be winning at least three. Especially the two at home.

Gibbs-White & Jonny ruled out for this one but Traoré is fit after dislocating his shoulder for the 3rd time this season.

    Doherty Neves Moutinho Vinagre

Yeah, that was a good game, we were playing at a decent level at that point and it all looked rosy, we’ve completely fallen off a cliff since then, goals have tried up, defence is leaky and our keeper has become a human turnstile.

It will be interesting how Brighton approach it.

In their last away fixture against us they were surprising negative.....putting most of their players behind the ball and playing long ball.
We had 66% possession...much of it on the edge of the Brighton box....loads of goal mouth scrambles but there was no space and we struggled to create any clear chances. Also corners and crosses were a waste of time against the giant physical Brighton defenders who cleared them with ease.

Will Brighton try to play expansive football away at Wolves going for the win
Or will they be defensively solid..playing a negative containing game aiming for a draw.

Regards the game predict a 2-1 win for Wolves
However it wouldn’t be the biggest surprise if it’s a 1-1 draw....and I’ll be hoping Brighton avoid defat.

At some point they're going to have to be brave and play football, their next 7 games are a horror run. Play the top three, Wolves and Man Utd. The other two are Arsenal and Norwich. Draws aren't enough.

You'll be pleased to know Brighton have traditionally done us over more often than not.

We've done better since Boly came back in but we can't be giving them a daft goal and make it unneccesarily hard.

You’ve only beat us 6 times in 33 games, which is ridiculous. It’ll be 7 in 34 later unless Potter does something incredible.

    Id like to see

    Ryan
    Webster - Dunk - Duffy
    Lamptey - Alzate - Propper - Burn
    MacAllister - Maupay - Jahankabash

Our problem has been that we’ve continued to play open attacking football, we just don’t have the players to do it. That obscene negative football last season was under Hughton, Potter plays a completely different style. I know our results have been abysmal but please don’t think we’ve putting 10 men behind the ball.

Brighton were well worth their point we created hardly anything. Disappointing, especially considering other results.

Why we persisted in the ball out to Doherty when Burn is about 8'3 I'll never know.

Frustrating game but on we go. Hopefully Burnley keep Tottenham at bay and City win the derby.

3-5-2 hasn't worked many times this season. Not sure why we continue to revert back to it really.
