Let's just say it was faked for the sake of argument. So what? This has to be the lamest and inconsequential "fraud" that's ever been committed. If it was staged then at least it was entertaining and also opened up an interesting moral issue. To be stuck in the stage of questioning if it's genuine is puerile.
That's the level our degraded society is now at. Violence sells. And tbf it's worked - people are talking about the Oscars now all over the world, when just last week no-one gave a damn.
It was a sad shit forum made by a pathetic Tory pensioner from Wales or somewhere because he got pissy over people invading his precious safe space in the Championship.
For me it's more about the bigger picture. We're being lied to on a huge scale, and it says a lot when people can't even see through stuff like this which is obviously staged. But ultimately you're right, so what? You either see through the BS or you don't, and if you don't at this point then you never will.
What bigger picture? This particular instance is connected to a wider insidious angle? Even people that would agree that it's fake would consider that a tremendous leap. People are more attuned to pantomime than you give them credit for. Even if this fake, it's provided something interesting to discuss and learn about with each other. What's bad about that?
Well you're definitely not a Serb called Pavel living in London that has served in the Yugoslav military
The bigger picture is just as I said - that we are being lied to on a huge scale by the people who run our system, and this is just the latest example of it. It's all a show, an illusion. The fact that people can't even see through this superficial act shows the level people are at in terms of their awareness, and is a contributing factor as to why our society is crumbling. But as you said, none of it matters. This system will naturally run its course, and humanity will build back stronger in the future, because there will be no choice but to improve once this system collapses.
