Draft a XI (all time) where each player has played the most for a team in the XI. No team should be repeated per drafter
The 11 teams are
Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea
Real Madrid, Barca, Atletico
Juve, Inter, Milan
Bayern

Man City total is 366, Man U is 303

Therefore he is ineligible

eg Anderson

Man U has the most, so he can be picked for Man U
