Rodrigo Muniz has been named Premier League Player of the Month for March. We don't get many Fulham players getting Premier League Player of the Month award. He becomes just the third Fulham player in history to win the award, after Louis Saha in our first ever month in the Premier League (August 2001) and Mark Schwarzer (February 2010).
We got him from Flamengo for €8m + a sell on % in 2021 He came as an understudy to Mitrovic and did well when he came on for us during our last Championship season. He was loaned out to Middlesbrough last season but when Carrick took over he was dropped out of the squad and never got a chance. Silva kept faith in him and has transformed him since Christmas into a striker who's strike rate and anticipation of goal scoring opportunities has made him our No1 striker. He's only 22, but has the qualities to make himself a top striker in the mould of Loius Saha.
