Brilliant stuff! Massive congrats to all the wycome fans on here, you all seem a very good bunch and it’s great to see a club get promoted to the second tier having barely spent a penny :clap::thumb

Have a blast, enjoy however long you’re in the championship for. Fingers crossed fans are allowed back into stadiums for at least some portion of next season

Congratulations Wycombe. Great to see a small club in the Championship. At least we won't have the smallest stadium!

They did also out perform three teams that finished above you. Fully deserved.

Yeah, when the team behind you has played 2 games less but you’re 5 points ahead not when you’re on the same points with two more games played!

Rats leaving a sinking ship now for Oxford. Roly poly bin dipper Robinson will be off. Difficult to know if they actually had any decent players with that powder puff display. Keeper is shot - get rid.

    Get thee behind me, Satan!

    Congratulations Wycombe :)

Still gutted but, in all honesty, having played well for about 20 minutes of the whole play-offs and not led for a single second, it’s difficult to say we deserved much more than what we got in the end. What hurts the most, and I don’t mean this with any disrespect to Wycombe, but they didn’t really need to play that well to win. We just gifted them the win through needless errors and missed opportunities.

Eastwood & Moore have been the social media targets so far, and you can see why. But it’s worth mentioning that big players failed to show up as well - poor night for Browne, Henry and Taylor in particular. Dickie was the only key player to perform. I’m going to miss him. I've no doubt that he and Brannagan will be scooped up by Championship clubs. And i also expect Taylor to sign for someone else (probably one of the 3 that come down from the Championship)

Major rebuilding work needed for next season, and that might even include the manager situation as i'm not 100% sure he'll stick around :/

Might not be much of a consolation but at least you’re already 6 points clear at the top of next seasons table before we even know when the season will bloody start...

It’s about points on the board. We finished above them.

In a season ended because of a virus. And Peterborough would have finished above you anyway, so I don’t understand where you’re going with this.

Of course - but you had your gameplan and stuck to it and it worked.

We had our gameplan, but didn't execute it to the best of our abilities and that is reflected in the outcome :)
