I'm fine with that, Barnet going up weakens the league next season, and we've lost 5/5 at Altrincham

I think once Melon sorts out his squad they’ll be up there for sure, you don’t become a bad manager overnight clearly inherited some crap but there are already enough decent players there to get something going. There will always be surprises in this league, so would not be surprised see one or two sides break in to the top 7 from nowhere.

For the weekend matches I can't see further than Bromley and Barnet triumphing.

If that came to pass, no pressure on Barnet, with almost the whole of the support of the National League clubs behind you in the final in that scenario!

I'd take a defeat at Wemberlee now if you offered me it. FFS give Barnet our big day out.

I disagree. Oldham look absolutely dreadful. Not for me. Not the right man imo

I’m trying to decide whether I should back Solihull at Barnet. 15/4 has to be too big, surely. Barnet should be favourites but I wouldn’t have Solihull at nearly 4/1. They’ve drawn both games in the head to head this season

I've lumped on Solihull to win, at least I'll have money in my pocket when we cock it up.....again!

You won’t, cock it up and money that is. Fully expect Barnet to win today, Solihull are there to be had at defensively (I say that ironically with them keeping clean sheets in both games against Wealdstone this season).

Going into this expecting to be disappointed. Solihull are dangerous and that front 3/4 will be targeting our high line on the counter, which has been our undoing more often than not this season.

I am guilty of underestimating our quality too. We are more than capable of scoring and have players who can unlock a tight defence in Hartigan and Brunt. Just need to take the chances which I presume we’ll get.

However I’m fully expecting a gamesmanship masterclass as always from the slimey little rat Osbourne and the apparently inconsistent Shade to perform like he’s a Championship player in waiting.

    3-1 Solihull is my prediction

Playoffs are fantastic when you're not involved in them, torture when you are, good luck all!
