Blacks a numpty. He called the game off then he comes out 15mins later to check it again? Aye Alan, the rains dried it up a bit
I was on my way up the road when i heard on the radio,he was going to check again in 15 mins, the two commentators could not believe it. Soon as players went off,i was away like a drowned bat out of hell Replay free in then ?
in an ideal world all those who attended yesterday shoud get in for free at replay, but as theres no way of finding out as it was pay at the gate that options out the window, i heard cliftonville were lookin tickets or something to give to their fans on the way out to ensure they got to replay for free but due to linfields lack of foresight that couldnt be done if it was my choice id charge £1 to cover referee costs etc. but i cant see linfield or health and safety letting that happen,
The only thing Linfield could do is give free tickets to Cliftonville. The amount obviously that were there. I dunno if Cliftonville had the details or whatever of who was there but if they dont whos to stop people that werent there getting someones ticket that was there
surely as stated previously a small charge of maybe £2 to cover costs etc could be charged.no one has any way of knowing who was there so would this not be fair on everyone?
Bloos season tickets holders/members won't want to be charged but you could argue they are in the same boat as the rest of us. They'll have to do something the suits everyone, what that is, I haven't got a clue
its not just referees, thats why i said "etc", electricity, staff, security all need to be paid for, and theres probably some i have left out surely £1 isnt too much to ask?
What £300 to cover the referee and linesmen and £2700 behind the bar in the viewing lounge? Away n feck. Its only £1 but thats not the point. You lot have had your money and made a complete bollocks of the day, so YOU can fork out for the replay. Why should any fan pay another penny to cover ineptitude by Linfield, you have a brass neck asking for £1 from any reds fan
even another cliftonville fan agreed that a small price to cover costs should be charged, you do realise that the security (however ineffective they may be) need paid, electricity doesnt come for free and theres more staff on match day than just in the viewing lounge bar. if you think entrance is going to be free for this match your seriously deluded, unfortunately for the likes of Windsor Park because theres no way of knowing whether someone was at the match or not ,therel be little chance of refunds, imo linfield should have foreseen the obvious high chance of the game being abandoned and had tickets/vouchers to be given to fans to get in replay for free or receive refund
lets have this right. game called of after 35 mins. replay whenever has to be free admission . like it or lump it thats the way it has to be. freeloaders like meself will jump at this opportunity. as for the blame. well its plan and simple. the referee. he was stupid enough to give the go ahead. so there you are linfield. i hope your out of pocket big time and to think the ifa give those bastards in black a pay raise
Where do you want me to start Numpty. Balls up at the turnstiles with parents and kids who queued in the pissing rain at a turnstile only to be told that it was an adults only turnstile and directed to go and queue again at another gate. Put into that excuse of a stand with water pissing through the roof on our heads. Linfield stewards scratching their collective arses while 3 sons of Ulster run about the pitch at will and nearly spark a full scale riot. Linfield having NO contingency plan to deal with a calloff even though every fan that attended pretty much knew the match would be abandoned Do you want me to go on Numpty? You can stick your £1. Our club are calling for the game to be free which it should be. Any costs are your problem, Glentoran dont seem to have a problem doing the decent think, but you moneygrabbing feckers never miss a trick.
Anyone who was at the game and needs sorted out with new tickets should see Cliftonvillefc.net, This should be fun I would guess this will be done on a first come first serve basis, say there were 800 Cliftonville fans at the game, then; when the total amount of people requesting tickets reaches 800 the rest will go on general sale
