Give it up he said. Of course there will be loads there. My point was not many in selhurst Park. None of ye SMART people seem to have comprehended that's what I was saying by some of yere answers
Quite hard going watching Manchester go sideways, backwards on one side, around the middle and then on the other side. Well done Palace. Had a slice of luck but kept disciplined.
To think the manager was under pressure at the start of the season too! Palace fully deserved it too . Ok had a bit of luck early on but Man C were very toothless and they defended very comfortably. Nice for Will Hughes after the 2019 final .
Winning anything at all would mean everything for fans of clubs who haven't won anything, or won anything in decades. Saw a City fan on twitter complaining about having to spend hundreds of pounds to go to Wembley again and saying he'd rather they went out in the early rounds. Absolutely absurd. Hope they finish outside the CL places. Sent from my Pixel 7 Pro using Tapatalk
My God I've actually seen a team playing a back 3 win something! Congratulations Palace, deserved ending to a proper decent season, I didn't know this was their first ever major trophy win! That was a nailbiting last 15 minutes.
Fantastic for Palace. Well done to them. Stuck to the game plan, defended like lions, not afraid to throw themselves in front of shots and worked hard all game. Man City just not good enough on the day. Fans were fantastic, it has to be said. Made a racket all game.
Hopefully this is the season that reignites some excitement in the cups. So many clubs completely dismissed them year after year after year. You can't beat the feeling Newcastle and Palace have had this season.
Credit where it's due, the Palace fans on here are generally a good, honest bunch. Fair play. For those paying attention the last two occasions we've missed out on the playoffs in the last game, West Ham have won a European trophy and now this. What's next, Charlton winning the league? Mutter...
so do I, this is the greatest moment of my Palace supporting life and this song is just so appropriate right now YouTube
Fantastic to see a group of supporters so genuinely delighted to finally win something big. Great noise from them, couldn’t believe it when the whistle went and the BBC had someone chatting inane cliches instead of just letting us all enjoy such a great atmosphere. Well done Palace, a good day for football. Unless you’re Brighton or City
