That's not how the majority of us see it, I think it's going to be a very tight game and could go either way

No sorry, that was a tongue in cheek dig at the halifax fan who said the same.

Tbf there are too many variables in this to make an accurate call. You could beat us 4-0, or it could just as easily go to penalties. Ultimately i think it comes down to who handles the pressure better on the night

Yeah ill be there. I wont be doing the booze thing tho, im only there for the game. Work at half 3 the day after. Its one i couldnt miss.

Im hoping york underestimate us, and our physical game puts you on the back foot. If we start well and get a foothold in the game mellons experience may come into play. The 1st 10 minutes is absolutely pivotal

Yeah it'll be interesting to see how we start. The long break since we played won't help I don't think, we played an in house friendly last week but it's not the same intensity

Finally got round to this match, feels like a new season after not playing for that long.
Worried about the way Oldham play we always struggle against a physical hoofball team.
Halifax being truly appalling have given them a lot more confidence.
For me Dipo has a big part tonight, never let us down in the big games and is exactly what need against them, big strong and quick.
Just a shame he has been injured most of season but fully fit.

Some speculation that we played better against Oldham without him micro-managing from the technical area.Sets them up well but won't let them off the leash, so distance does them good. Hope that's true.

Male was all over the place at the Hive in our huge game back in Feb & looks nervous in a fair few other games I’ve seen, no denying he has some ability but honestly looks like a school kid thrown in net sometimes.

York have froze here, managers experience invaluable in these types of games.

Ref's being very generous with some of these Oldham players holding, missed a few blatant ones.
