As Josh said, the first goal is everything tonight. If we have a situation where we concede first and get a silly red card then anything can happen, but if we get it then it's over.

I'd be hugely surprised if we did let this slip but as @Dawg says, we have been in some ridiculous playoff games so nothing is off the table with us

sheffield utd have patently been playing for the draw and still have looked by far the most likely so that goal was no surprise

    Games over.

But want to see that replay again because it looked a pretty clear shirt pull on the Bristol city keeper.

There was a massive gap between top 3 and the rest. Reminds me of spanking Norwich 4-0 in the playoffs last season.

City beat us home and away so we can't have any complaints, but to think we won at Bramall Lane a month or so back. :(

Playoffs just came at the wrong time for us. Squad massively undercooked with injuries etc, the team we ended both games with wouldn’t win the L1 playoffs.

I am 21 years of age and you lot have been so utterly shite that I've been devoid of an actual rivalry for my entire life-time. So instead of celebrating us losing in a game you're at least ten years off being anywhere near good enough to play in, can you at least string a couple half decent seasons together? That way taking the piss out of us online won't be the only trace of this rivalry left.

At least you could still count the aggregate score on one hand. That is all..

^ Think that proves my point pretty well.

Shame to go out like that but just come up against a significantly better side with a lot more to spend than us. Important thing is we build upon this. Clearly, if we spend a few quid in the summer, promotion isn't off the cards. If we can make it into 6th with (and I mean this with as little disrespect as possible) a frankly mid-table squad, who knows what we can do with a couple of big signings. I'm optimistic and will be looking forward to next season when it comes around. UTC

You were closer to Plymouth than you were to Sheff utd. All those millions spunked away by your billionaire owner. Thats the difference between you and us, nothing more.
