That is going to be such a confidence booster across the whole team.

I’ve complained about Muric a lot but he made some good save today. He still needs to improve his distribution but we’ve won finally!!!!!!!

Get in. Can't actually believe we won.

Put that in your pipe Shearer, Sutton, Simon Thomas etc.

Well it had to shift in our favour sooner or later. Obviously Spurs weren’t at their best but we worked really hard for it and hung on. Delap is a beast, so strong and clever. Omari fantastic, always a threat. Cajuste has impressed me so far, big and strong and a nice footballer to boot. Szmodics may not be the best left midfielder you’ve ever seen but he can finish. Love it, well deserved after everything this season.

And you can add Maddison to that list above. Get in.

I hvae a theory on Spurs and Postecoglu. I think Ange knows that Spurs right now are only capable of playing one brand of football to a superb level. Manic pressing, high line, super aggressive attacking. And they are great and exciting to watch when they play that way.

But they found last season they couldn't do it once a week without breaking their players. Let alone every three days for this season. So I think he's trying to get a diet/lite version of that style of football and it's just not working for them.
