So like most things in Scottish football you're not up to date. Maybe you have better knowledge of West Ham.
Keep me up to speed m8... You seem to know everything. Never prove anything, just spout a load of pish!
A deal with Whyte and Ellis (the property developer) seems to be edging closer. It seems the three year panto has a long way to run. . . . . . . . . . .
Other news agency's saying there are still issues to be ironed out m8. SSN have been breaking news of deals being struck for over two years now and while it looks like a deal is close, i wouldn't put the time limit on anything Sky are saying due to their past form on this deal.
Various different sources reporting that the Craig Whyte bid has hit a snag and a decision wont be made until the end of the season. Some sources are saying that some members of the Rangers board have concerns about Whytes finances (and here's the Scottsh media telling us he's a billionaire). Which leads to the question, is this a takeover or a fakeover? Whatever it is it's been a complete farce from start to finish and i actually would like this guy to take control.
I doubt its anything to do with the tax case which started today http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/244236-whytes-takeover-of-rangers-delayed/
Or as the laptop loyal like to tell us. . . .. . .There are a couple of minor details to iron out Such as a potentially massive tax bill, a UEFA ban and a lack of funds from Whyte No doubt 'a deal will be concluded soon' in time for Sundays game!
I don't think that any Rangers fan would have put their mortgage on Whyte completing his move in the timescale we were given. We knew that the tax case, Murray trying to get more buyers on the go and season ticket renewals coming up that it wasn't going to be completed last week. At the same time, I do believe the negotiations are at an advanced stage, more so than they were back in November/December.
