I think to put in perspective as well you'd want to see the amount of time that these sides were in front in games for these goal kicks. It does show it's an issue though if teams are taking 40 seconds to take a goal kick if ahead, given that this new extra time system that was in at the start of last season has disappeared, as no time will be added on for a goal kick.
