Looks like you've won there! Had both of these albums from when they were out in the USA, but both groups are ace. Panic! at the Disco really do deserve all the sucess that they get, one of my most listened to groups at the mo, and should be seeing them live in April!
Fall Out Boy were band of 05 in the USA and are already quite well known here..... Panic At the Disco will be huuuuuge this year and rightly so - the album is a masterpiece i got "An Evening out with your girlfriend" when that came out and they were on Uprising Records :eek and "Take this to your grave" on the day of release also.....feels so long ago now seeing PATD in pompey in april - was meant to see them at Southampton Joiners with The Academy Is...... but couldnt go .....apparently they arent worth the hype live though - but the live show will come good - they are all only 18/19 anyway
I met the towers of london a few weeks back while in the leadmill.....when i say met replace that word with stood next to.
Saw Towers of London at Leeds Festy in August, first time i'd ever come across them but thought they were pretty good. That was the first time i heard the Rakes too, and i witnessed a defining moment in rock history when the lead songer from Bloc Party was their lead singer for the day . Going to the Leadmill gig for Milburn, haven't heard much of the Rifles though. What i have heard sounds alright mind. Any Sheffield lads heard of the band Little Ze? I've heard theyre good and they're at Boardwalk on Thursday night but havent heard anything by them
The Automatic were on the Friday night Project last night, they are really starting to make a name for themselfs now.
The subways have been around for a bit - I actually like a lot of what I have heard. But whoever thought of the name needs a f**king smack.
Yes they have, but its only recently that people have started taking them seriously and they are starting to get some recognition. Should be a new album out sometime this year from them, looking forward to it.
i am currently getting into a very cool aussie band called karnivool. they are nice and heavy and original, not like the same old british pop rock that keeps coming out
