We nearly know all 24 teams for next season, and after our disappointment last week it's time to 'look forward' to next season.

The bookies have Wrexham as favourites, with Notts County, ourselves, Salford, Gillingham, MK Dons & Mansfield all less than 20's for the title.

It's hard to look past Wrexham with the squad they already have and the spending they're likely to do over the next 2 months. I'd like to think we will be up there again. My very very early predictions are Wrexham champions with Gillingham the nearest challengers (maybe Stockport if they lose on Sunday).

    Accrington
    Wimbledon
    Barrow
    Bradford
    Colchester
    Crawley
    Crewe
    Doncaster
    FGR
    Gillingham
    Grimsby
    Harrogate
    Mansfield
    MK Dons
    Morecambe
    Newport
    Notts County
    Salford
    Sutton
    Swindon
    Tranmere
    Walsall
    Wrexham
    Carlisle/Stockport

Some good trips to look forward to. Been a while since Accrington, Morecambe and Notts so will be looking forward to those. And we still have Wimbledon for the London trip after losing Orient.

Early signs suggest a more promising season for us.

I’ll wait to see what we do for the rest of the transfer window along with everyone else before I do my predictions as it could just be the club doing a few good things now to boost season ticket sales

Will potentially have dabble on us though, 20s makes an ew bet look quite lucrative. George Miller finished just outside the top 10 for top goal scorer and both he and the whole team were wank so that could be a market I look at too

We have the limbs of a decent young side but are severely lacking a spine - which I hope we rectify. Keeper, no no sense experienced CB. Shithouse DCM and a big lump target man and we’re practically good to go imo.

Obviously Mike Flynn did an excellent job at Newport but that never translates to Walsall.

Hopefully the job he does here is more reminiscent of his Newport tenure than his Walsall tenure.

…our side wasn’t brilliant last season. It was naive and led by an out of his depth coach and then a jumped up, used to everything on a silver plate, my mates got me this cushty job Chelsea rent boy. The fact that last summer we signed a lot of players on 2/3 year contracts means we aren’t going to have a massive turn over this summer. Unlike last summer. As it stands (off the top of my head) we only have one player left who played in our play off games that were only a year ago. Think it was only two after January.

So, in conclusion **** knows how we are going to do. I’d say anywhere between 1st and 14th

Word on the street is that AI is going to be involved heavily with our promotion from the 4th tier to the 1st. I don't doubt that for one minute.
The only thing AI needs to get to grips with is the power of being SOLID, when it does, as an equal partner, the birds we see in the sky will look like they're walking across hot tar

I wouldn't expect us to bring a lot of players in, but that doesn't mean we won't spend big. I can see us splashing out on another top striker and a goalkeeper.
