To be fair... when was the last time anyone was useful for Doncaster or Bradford? :eyemouth:

Sounds like Scott Parker to us may genuinely have legs...

As well as Reece James from Doncaster, Blackpool have today signed Man City young goalkeeper Dan Grimshaw and Linfield striker Shane Lavery.

Don't know anything about Grimshaw, apparently he's a 'modern' goalkeeper and has been on the first team bench a couple of times in the League Cup for City.

Lavery's been knocking them in for a while at Linfield and is still only 22 so hopefully one to develop this season.

After decades of the Oystons, this is crazy. We'll have a full bench for the first game of the season at this rate and where will 'A Triallist' fit in? :party

You’re interested, he’s interested, just no moves have been made yet. It’ll probably happen.

No disrespect intended (to Bournemouth) here but do Bournemouth offer more than Fulham?

From here it sounds like Fulham are haggling over compensation and Parker is haggling over his salary and terms, all fair enough I guess. He certainly seems to be our no.1 target. The sooner we get something sorted the better, we've got loads of other decisions to make that will follow the manager appointment. I worry that haggling over a few quid will be false economy when it comes to preparing for next season, if we want another go at promotion.
We're massive now, don't forget ;) Parker has family ties to the area and he and the DoF here are friends.

Parker is also very frustrated about the structure at Fulham and would get more control at Bournemouth

Looks like the Parker move is chugging away slowly, he's set to leave Fulham this week.

Andre Dozzell has left us to join QPR. He always showed glimpses of talent for us but never really stamped his mark on any game I remember him playing for us in League One. Hopefully he can reach his potential in West London.

QPR making some good moves, annoyingly. Though do like to see Warburton do well.

I’m really unsure how bothered I am about Parker going

There is definitely a good manager in there though, I have no doubts about that. But unsure how well he did last year tbh. Few more years and a new experience might do him good tbf. Away from the dog fondler.

On our front, the main person linked is Javier Periera, who was part of our outfit under Slav and is currently managing in China. Wonderful.

He gave the most lifeless interview with us ever, so I am hoping he is more energetic than how he speaks.

Linked with Moses Odubajo from Shef Wed. I would be happy with that, we need to replace Kane and Kakay isn't up to a wing back role.

George Cox from Fortuna Sittard in the Netherlands. Scored or assisted 10 from LB last season so sounds promising.

Andy Cannon in on a free from Portsmouth. Happy with that...a player in his prime and one of League One's best at what he does. Another midfielder which is what we needed.

I have seen potential in Parker too, I think he could have done better last season though and gave it a serious go of staying up. It seemed like he threw abit of a tantrum because of the owners though and gave up mid-season.

Randell Williams in on a free from Exeter. He seems to be a quick winger. Big step up from League Two to the Championship but he'll start the season as depth and see how he goes from there.

He turned us down in January .

Good in defence as well , good work rate .

Wouldn't be surprised if Jack Marriott tipped up at yours , he was excellent under McCann at Posh .

DMac & our Co Owners are over in the UK from June 27th so hopefully we can do some business especially with some players contracts up on June 30th & free agents from July 1st.
