I think it's the style of his walk as well around the pitch doesn't do him any favours. He looks lethargic, lazy, like he'd rather be doing something else. But I wonder if that's what he's always looked like
Looks like Harrison Male will be confirmed for Dorking later on today. I'm going to choose to believe that we weren't in for him and Cook wants more of a proven known quantity, rather than we've got beaten to a signature by Dorking Wanderers
We’ve just signed Theo Richardson, buxton’s keeper. I know nothing about him but all the comments are saying he’s class so pleased with that. We needed a new keeper. 2 shrewd signings thus far I think. Nick another few of the best players in the north and we should be good to go. Desperate for striker but I’m sure most clubs are. Well, unless your chesterfield and you’ve got 7 of them

I thought James rowe would have been a better manager than he was tbh with you. I remember when we played Boston the previous season at our place in the playoffs. I don’t want to sound rude here but Boston were the worst side we’ve played in any playoff game and they beat us. We had a striker up top on loan from stoke (I can’t remember his name) and he was useless. It was blatantly obvious we weren’t scoring with him on the pitch and Rowe left him on all game. The football was dire to watch at times as well. Murray has been a breath of fresh air
Matt Warburton left us and signed for Solihull. He was outstanding in the 21/22 season but never hit those heights this season due to injuries and a change in system. Would have probably been backup in reality for us this season. Sam Minihan and Sam Smart also been released. Suspect both will end in NLN/NLS.
Kyle Morrison also signed for Solihull yesterday. Gutted as he was unbelievable when he joined us on loan and thought he'd sign for us permanently after being released by Fylde.
Back up to who. Cooke isn't on the same level if both are fully fit.. This is a big loss let's not pretend otherwise.
If we were talking about 21/22 Warby, absolutely. Injury prone, and doesn’t fit our system Warby, not so much. Clearly a good player on his day but think a fresh start for both parties probably needed. Agreed on Cooke for what it’s worth, his work rate and potential is undeniable but not sure I’d want him starting every week. Think he’d be a good option off the bench with a new first choice player coming in to essentially replace Warby.
