He was at his poorest in the first half of the season.

Club should have allowed him to see his contract out, and maybe he would have had an extra incentive to perform this season.

He started the season like a forward who had secured his big payday and didn't need to put in anymore.

Not sure they should have let him see out his contract. He’s still a saleable asset. Could probably still get £20mill or summink.

If the plan for Arsenal is to just hound out and ditch another manager then struggle to see what hope they have.

Now is the time to stick with Arteta imo.

Arsenal deserved to go out after Saka’s shocking dive for the penalty in the first leg.

It was barely mentioned on the telly.

Our commentators and pundits are very biased towards the English teams.

Watching ársenal last night was like watching a testimonial game. None of the players had any conviction and they all looked tired.

BT sport are showing a ' Live Stream ' on their you tube channel may have a peek last 15 of both halves .

Last 4 meetings between the 2 teams have all ended 0-0 , can't see that being the score .

The last English team to beat a Spanish team in European comp ( I think they said on Sky ) was Liverpool when they beat Alaves , 9 have tried since & failed .

The REAL football is at the weekend with the 3 play off matches .

Liverpool Alaves was in 2001, so it must mean in this competition and it’s predecessor only, not “European comp”.

I feel like Raul Albiol should be at least 45 by now, seems to have been around forever
