Can't see a thread anywhere for this.

    Billed as netflix for gaming.
All you need is a controller and you can play accros multiple devices. All games are going to be cloud based.
    Anyone going to bother?
    Considering it myself.

Very interesting concept tbf. I’ll see how it does for a couple of years before considering it.

I guess it will very much depend on Internet speeds. Would imagine streaming a game takes more data than a film. Could be wrong at that though.
Depends what titles they get too I guess.

Nah you’d be right I’m sure.

The file sizes are much bigger, I’ve downloaded films at 3GB before, and games at 60GB.

Also factoring in that with a film it’s only a slow steady download, with a game you’re constantly uploading too as you’re always sending information back.

Think a lot of decent developers have signed up already.

Just checked and they have some big titles. Including Cyberpunk next year.
Be interesting to see what Internet speeds will be needed to play comfortably.

    Edit.
Google recommend 35mbs for 4k, 20mbs for 1080p and 10 mbs for 720. Not so bad then.

Not even sure what I have. Is that just the download speed when you do a Speedtest?

Yes. Usually the upload speed is single figures. No idea why. Guess you just don't need it to be as quick.

Yeah it’s just general inputs and stuff normally. Unless you’re file sharing.
