So U.S.A. must really fight to at least draw England on Friday.

No coincidence that you were excellent second half once Moore got onto the field. It seemed a very strange decision for Page to leave him out.

The good old fashioned centre forward, tall and strong and difficult to get the ball off. Was a no brainer taking James off as he offered nothing in attack.
