**** that referee. What a shithouse. Anyone else bar Messi and it wouldn't have been given I reckon.

Is that two penalty saves now for Szczesny?

Dear oh dear , cheating hand of God & the cheating box building of a Dutch referee , justice this time though .

VAR , Ref's & FIFA really do have a hard on for Messi & Ronaldo when Portugal are playing .

I thought Messi had been full on punched in the face. He was barely touched the cheating cnut.

It's like each game is striving to award a worse VAR decision than the previous game. Appalling decision for the penalty, thankfully justice was done with Szczesny keeping One Leg's spot kick out.

I think a key piece of quality from Acuna will be the difference maker...if he can provide it. He's found space on the left side time and time again. The Poles keep losing him.

Great ball across the box from the GOAT and no one on rhe end of it. No Martinez or Dybala to be in the area. What is that coach playing at.

Come on. Might have got it in the eye. I doubt he was even looking for a penalty

Martinez isn't great but if they're going to play the crossing game might as well play him

Not initially but no doubt it was on his mind as he lay on the floor.

He's up and down, but when he's up he can be excellent.

I’d be half tempted to put Di Maria or another winger at left back in the second half. Acuna is getting so much space.

Also think this team caters a little too much to Messi. Doing the same pattern over and over again, Messi dribble, wall pass with a team mate, receive it back to carry on driving. It’s not working and hasn’t all tournament.

Poland goal on the break would be funny. They have been shit though, they can be happy to still be well in it - which counts for something.
