They aren't saying Clarke is any good, and that's the issue

All the talent in the side and we draw to a team consisting of mostly Championship players. Absolutely inexcusable. One of our worst results in years. Pathetic.

Fair play to Scotland deserved draw & should really have won I've seen more movement from the stones on Easter Island than the England team , hope it's an off night but can't see the likes of France etc losing any sleep watching that performance .

Thoroughly deserved point, England definitely have extremely talented technical player's but where was the heart and soul. £400 million ISH of attacking talent and nothing from any of them. Foden and Kane looked like ghosts trudging off subbed

Don't we get to play most of the knockouts at Wembley if we win the group?
Surely that sort of home advantage will play a part, not that it did tonight

Yes you did deserve at least the point. Not sure what the Foden comment is about...he did nothing wrong...Kane was pants.

0 conceded so far. I know we have only scored one but foden hits the post early in the first game and stones in the second, if those go in we're looking at a different side imo.

Well done Scotland. Thought they were unlucky not to nick it.

Nah sorry man but if you watch that and don't think Scotland were the better side you're deluded imo

They should've scored at least twice, maybe even three times.

Scotland only did well because it was against England. They played with their hearts. Always will in this derby. They didnt play like that last game and they wont in the next game. People cant understand this, they are blaming England.

No chance Scotland were the better side in that. Think a trip to the opticians is in order

You don't kick a ball with your heart, you kick with your foot.

At the end of the day the English side have no reason to be less pumped up than the Scottish.

So are you telling me England played with no heart?

Representing their country in an international tournament and had no heart?

Southgate will want you on his coaching team with comments like that

Italy have conceded 0 as well - but they've scored 6 whilst playing free flowing attacking football that is pleasing on the eye. Our last 4 matches have finished 1-0, 1-0, 1-0, 0-0 - 2 of those 1 nils came against Austria, we all saw how bad they were last night, and Romania who haven't even qualified for this competition.
