Will internecine squabbles kill Portugal's progress?

Im all for him being dropped from the squad but unfortunately that won’t happen

To say we won Euro 2016, We’ve got a very average record in group stages of major tournaments under Santos. Played 9, Won 2, Drawn 6 and Lost 1. Expect us to go through but in second place after Uruguay

This seems like a competitive group - there doesn't seem to be a really low-level side as both Ghana and Korea are normally competitive. Could be an upset here.

I'm thinking a Korean upset isn't out of the question.

Hope Ronaldo gets dropped. Whether he is or not, Portugal should win the group.
Prediction: Portugal, Uruguay, South Korea, Ghana
P.S. Who calls South Korea Korea Republic?

it is used by the South Korean government to differentiate from the DPRK (North Korea) In official documents and events.

they don't do it for respect to each other, Because the Koreas made an agreement to use their formal names in case, they played together in international events. and as most of their agreements go, it is a very tense situation.

Very unlikely to happen but Portugal going out in the group stages would be absolutely glorious.

Ghana’s squad just doesn’t look what it once was, lowest ranked team in the competition for a reason. I’d say the same about South Korea too and Son hasn’t exactly been on form so far this season.

Still wouldn’t surprise me if we finish rock bottom

Said it when the draw was made but I reckon this will be the most entertaining group.

I'm sure Ghana fancy getting a bit of revenge over Uruguay...

Fancying Uruguay to top this group. Would be great to see Portugal go out but you'd think they'll get through.

Most of the teams are playing at least one friendly before the tournament. We are among the exceptions, rather than the rule
