Makes you wonder if these types of incidents and how they're handled is one of the reasons people are turning their back on the sport for other sports like soccer. I hope the player pulls through.
wtf are the Texans winning for?! If they win and the Bears lose - they drop to 2nd in the draft of my maths is correct.
Texans who absolutely need a top prospect franchise QB have dropped the #1 pick to the Bears - who obviously have their QB but many other needs. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the Bears trade the #1 pick to another QB needy team somewhat gazumping the Texans for the top QB prospect. Sure Texans will still get their choice of every other QB in that scenario but… Why win the last game on 4 & 20 and with a 2pt conversation. Just punt it and secure #1
Someone help me out here Currently the Seahawks (9-8) have the last play off place. The only game left is the Lions (8-8) against the Packers (8-8) divisional game However, the Packers can leapfrog the Seahawks but the Lions can’t?! I can’t for the life of me work out why? If Lions did win they’d tie with the Seahawks at 9-8 but have a better conference record 7-5 to 6-6. Would have a better divisional record 5-1 to 4-2. Only thing I can think of is the Seahawks beat Lions earlier on in the season but that seems a daft way of doing it because the Seahawks haven’t played the Packers all season.
…bit of a naff way of doing it when every team doesn’t play every team. So how does a GB (recorded game not watched it yet) win get them in when they haven’t played Seattle?
Not if Dak plays like he did against Washington. He was absolutely dreadful - and whether that was Dallas taking their foot off the gas or not, he really was shocking.
Would go to division record. Here's the order according to their rules: Two Clubs Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. Strength of victory in all games. Strength of schedule in all games Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games. Best net points in common games. Best net points in all games. Best net touchdowns in all games. Coin toss
