Thought it would be nearer 200 based on pre-match comments - hope you all enjoyed the kids screeching.
Same here. Even new grounds and the away support has thinned. Possibly impacted by train strikes but I wouldn’t have thought to that severe an effect. Seeing some of our lot getting wound up by kids shouting ‘Who are Ya’ was embarrassing. Fair play to the local youngsters, they made some noise. Funniest bit about today was a little girl after the match in the back of a car shouting ‘You dirty Southern bastards’, to which her mum was profusely apologetic.
you get embarrassed too easily. The Jimmy Saville chants might have been a smidgen over the top and the cops gave him a telling off afterwards, taking his details.
Chesterfields was 200 something.not helped by yet another train strike and even less so by the stupid kick off time
It was half of what we took to York and less than Grimsby last year, with two coaches it did seem that very few travelled independently. Train strike had an effect for sure.
Good numbers but was surprised how quiet they were. Maidenhead brought about 40 and made more noise than them.
sounds about right, that terrace is not very deep and looks full when they have 300 standing there for normal home games.
So Bromley didn't need to evict their fans & Wrexham's could have gone down the side like everyone else?
We had 1500 at Altrincham with a very similar crowd on a very similar terrace. Understand it's hard to gauge given the terrace has never been filled before.
Our support has been crippled by anxiety for months. Half are paying more attention to the Wrexham score than our game, let alone making any atmosphere.
