Hope you're using a dentist who won't make such a painful job of it this time. I've had 2/4 of mine removed during lunchtime at work and gone back and carried on. A really good dentist is a wise investment

Same dentist :D Finding a good anything in Japan is hard work, but in her defence, it is supposed to be more difficult depending on the teeth. Mine are quite badly impacted, so I think that makes it more difficult.

From what I have read online, my first removal was on the hard side of things based on the time it took. Hard for me to gauge whether that is dentist ability or removal difficulty obviously, but she was heavily recommended by some people prior to going.

Hardest part for me was after returning to work due to having to talk all day. If I could have sat in a corner quietly, it would have been much better. Darn kids ruining work for me

Just seen this. Condolences to you and your family.

I hope you all find peace during this very difficult time. Easier said than done, try to think about the good times and as you've mentioned above re being with him 2 hours before watching Football, a happy moment.

May Allah guide and protect you.

I’m about to go and do 12 hours in one working on an oven and I’m already sweating and I haven’t left my house yet. :(

Body found in search for missing 87-year-old Margaret Smith

This lady was local to me and used to work at the high school I went to, along with her husband.

She was last seen at the care home nearby on Sunday at 9.30pm, and ‘apparently’ walked through an unlocked door. She had dementia:(
Sadly her body was found this afternoon. Tons of volunteers from the town have been out for the last 24 hours looking for her and it’s amazing how people have responded.

Judging from where she was found, she hadn’t wandered too far but, in this heat and no food or water, she wasn’t going to last long if not found sooner :(

Questions will be asked, I’m sure, but she’s left behind a family that need to grieve for now. RIP Margaret

Oh that's so sad, our local Facebook groups occasionally have 'please help find X' posts and it's always amazing how many people just go out and search - one lady last year just cross country through farmers fields and turned up at the M4 services through the back fence for a cup of coffee and a cake

Had my second jab last week and was beginning to feel a bit less worried by the health thing only to learn this morning I’ll be getting a home test for Bowel Cancer every 2 years. Oh the joys of getting old.

It seemed like my playstation account had been hacked. I couldn't log in and I received an email saying the Sign in ID had been changed (I had nothing to do with it obviously). After doing research it seemed like the only way I could get my account back was by calling customer support or using the online live chat (both unavailable during weekend). After getting angry trying many different things for an hour it seems like I have my account back and I have now activated the 2-part authentication process to hopefully prevent this happening in the future.

Checked my bank account as soon as I noticed and it doesn't seem like any payments were made, but it could be taking time to process so will check again over the next few days and will call Sony as soon as they open on Monday to see if they know what the hell happened. Checked my profile transactions and it seems nothing went through, but I dunno if that has anything to do with the change in email or if nothing was bought.
